Jona Biddle, dance choreographer extraordinaire, originally from Atlantic City, NJ, made his mark in New York conquering his big city dreams with a dance formula for success.
Jona Biddle’s belief that all things are possible, helped him to stay focused in school, and motivated him to later become a college graduate of Virginia State University. Jona entertained audiences from his hometown in NJ, to sold out stadiums in Virginia, and then relocated to New York City to pursue his entertainment career in the big apple. With hard work, resilience, and dedication, Jona Biddle unleashed his signature style of choreography, which he calls, “Hip-Hop Fusion”. Jona says, “I have studied so many genres of dance, that when I create choreography, I like to infuse all styles together. This way there is something for everyone!” Jona aims to influence the dance industry with his signature style, and technique. He has also taken this style, and used it as a catalyst to create The Professionals Dance Company, TPDC, which he is the founder, creative director & choreographer of this commercial development dance company. Under the direction of Jona Biddle, TPDC’s credits include Beyonce’s “Let’s Move” campaign for First Lady Michelle Obama, Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair” (BET’s 106 & Park special video premiere), and Columbia Records Christmas concert at NY’s Highland Ballroom, with Willow Smith & Mindless Behavior, BET’s 106 & Park, Beatstock 2011, and the Apollo, just to name a few.
Jona Biddle has recently become one of the most sought after NYC choreographers. His fresh, and innovative choreography gives him an edge, as he creates each piece unique and different, and tailored for the specific artist. Celebrity cliental that have secured Jona Biddle for his star set and dance services include, Usher National Tours, Beyonce’s TARGET in-store, Willow Smith, Pop artist Danni Ai (signed with Grammy nominated producer, “Allstar”), John Fitz, choreography for a VH1 reality show, “Love & Hip-Hop”, Interscope Recording artist, Ahsan Watts, Mary J. Blige’s & Def Jam/Matriarch Recording artist, Katlyn Nichol, and Starcyde Entertainment pop girl group, Lucki Gurlz. Jona’s recent work also includes, ABDC's Vinny Castronovo (formally of the Iconic Boyz), and Audemar Piguet secured Jona’s choreography services for the launch party at their latest watch collection premiere event.
Jona Biddle's choreography skills were showcased recently with, Interscope Recording Artist, Ahsan, Arthur Ashe Kid's Day, Def Jam/Matriarch Recording Artist, Katlyn Nichol, on The 2012 Scream Tour, with the OMG Girlz, Diggy Simmons, Jacob Latimore; The Essence Music Festival; BET's 106 & Park & The Apollo. Jona Biddle, was also involved in casting dancers for Channing Tatum's latest event for his movie "Magic Mike", and he was featured on Bravo's Housewives of NJ, choreographing for Gia Guidice and his T.P.D.C. dancers for their Beatstock debut performance!
