Theresa Stone is a dancer/choreographer from Long Island, New York who currently lives in Los Angeles. She has worked hard at her art to be as versatile as possible, training in all styles and working under great names in the industry. 

 

Theresa has assisted choreographers such as Brian Friedman, Tessandra Chavez, Cris Judd, and more. Theresa was a contestant on BET's dance show, Laurieann Gibson's: Born To Dance, where she made it to the top 10 girls of the competition. She has also had the opportunity to perform on The Monique Show and Good Morning America.

 

Theresa has worked on commercials including Sears Kenmore Intuition and The Wendy Williams show promotion. She has danced behind artists including Lady Gaga, Earth, Wind & Fire, Jordy Towers, X-Factor contestant, Jennel Garcia, The Voice contestant, and Raquel Castro, among others. Her most recent success has been working as a dancer on Lady Gaga's ArtRAVE: The Artpop Ball.

 

On top of her dance experience, Theresa has been choreographing and teaching since she was 15 years old. She is a guest faculty member at Broadway Dance Center and she owns a company on Long Island called “AbstraKT BEINGS” comprised of dancers from across the United States and Canada. Her students have worked on jobs including MTV's hit show Awkward, Carnival Cruises, Ivivva Athletica Commercials, Americas Got Talent, and many more. 

 

She has received numerous awards for her choreography and has taught for more than 20+ dance studios across the US. She is a positive, loving mentor. She believes strongly in the encouragement of one another and the dance industry in general. She hopes to continue to work, learn, and teach the experience she has gained, alongside sharing her positive ideologies of dance with the people she gets to work with.
